Calculators and Estimates
All interactive utilities available on FitCalcs (including BMI, Calorie, Hydration, and Body Fat calculators) are designed using mathematical approximations. While we strive to maintain the scientific integrity of the formulas implemented:
- The results generated represent general estimates and should not be used as clinical directives.
- Individual genetic characteristics, medical histories, metabolisms, and thyroid profiles can alter actual metabolic and physical needs significantly.
